SEUD is offering you a possibility to participate for free to our Annual congress through a travel grant!

2. You have submitted an abstract for our
Call for abstracts
3. If you haven’t submitted an abstract, you can still apply
your application will be under SEUD President and Board review.

If your abstract is selected by the Lecture Committee to be presented during the congress, you will join the list of applicants to the SEUD Travel Grant.
Applications will be reviewed by SEUD Bureau and winners will be selected according to medical profile and daily practice in endometriosis and uterine disorders.

If the form isn’t fully completed, your application will be void.

How does it work?

Once your application has been validated, you’ll be contacted by SEUD organization to start the Travel Grant Process.

Will be included in the Grant:

a. Travel

Maximum budget will be set as followed:
Middle East and North Africa: 600€
Europe : 800€
Out of Europe: 1000€

b. Accommodation

– 2 nights included for Middle East and North African countries
– 3 nights included for Europeans and Out of Europe countries

c. Registration for the entire congress

The Grant will not include Pre-Congress Course, Gala dinner and transfers (Home-Airport- taxis or personal car expenses).
