SEUD Travel Grant

Application

Building on the success of previous years, SEUD is excited to once again offer travel grants! Check below for application details.

Eligibility

1. You are a SEUD Member

Your membership must be paid
If not, you can join our society by clicking here

2. You have submitted an abstract

3. If you haven't submitted an abstract, you can still apply! Your application will be under SEUD President and Board review.*

*Applications will be evaluated by SEUD Bureau and winners will be selected according to medical profile and daily practice in endometriosis and uterine disorders.

If the form isn’t fully completed, your application will be void.

How does it work?

a. Registration for the congress

Registration fee is not covered by the travel grant except for applicants from Low-Income Countries.

If you’re selected and qualify under Low-Income Country fee, a proof of residence will be required.

Please do not register or make any payments if you are eligible for the Low-Income Country fee.

b. Travel & Accommodation

Maximum budget will be set as followed:
Non-European: 1000€
European: 500€

Refunds will be done post event.
You will receive a form to submit all required supporting documents, which must be in your name only.

Once the SEUD Bureau has reviewed the applications, you’ll be contacted by the SEUD Organization with the results.
